The Web API is an interface for accessing your appointment and client data using XML and JSON. The API makes it easy to create applications that integrate with your current data to create a custom solution for your business needs.

Currently the Web API allows you to access clients, users (care / admin staff), appointments, statement items, client case notes.

Possible integrations


Connect to our API to keep your current CRM (Customer relationship management) in SYNC with client activity in Turnpoint. Systems such as SalesForce, Dynamics, Sugar CRM can all accept data from external sources.

Accounting System

In addition to our existing integrations with Inerva, MYOB, Xero, Keypay, Quickbooks, Netsuite – you can build connections to other system reading and updating data from Turnpoint Care. Extensive customisation for payroll and billing functions is available on request.


Connect to extensive reporting engines such as Power BI, and other analytical tools to create a myriad of reports. These tools may also allow you to subscribe to certain trends / changes in certain metrics.

Mobile Applications

If your company already uses an existing apps / messaging tool with POP notifications – you can use our API to read new appointment / client data.

Shift Filling

Our system already has a shift ‘bidding’ function, but you may also use company noticeboard tools etc to communicate available shifts by using our API.


A variety of applications can be developed based on our current data. Form submissions, goal tracking, compliance monitoring etc are all possible.
